How to order a custom frame bag
Every bike frame is a different size, so we make each bag from your bike's measurements.
- Pick a style and a fabric. Half frame or full frame, two pockets or three.
- Measure the inside of your frame. Top tube, down tube, seat tube, and the head tube gap.
- Take one photo if you can. Side-on, whole bike in the frame. You can send it after you order.
- We make your bag. Cut and sewn by hand to fit your frame.

How do I measure my bike for a frame bag?
Measure the inside length of the top tube, the down tube and the seat tube, where the bag will sit. Also measure the gap along the head tube between the top tube and the down tube. If the tubes meet, that gap is 0. Send us those four lengths with your bike's make, model and year. A side-on photo of the whole bike helps us check the fit, and you can send it after you order.
What is the difference between a half frame bag and a full frame bag?
A half frame bag sits under the top tube and fills the top part of the frame triangle. A full frame bag fills the whole triangle, with two pockets or three.
Which fabrics can I choose?
600 denier poly is the standard: a water resistant backing with a woven face, built to work hard. 1000 denier Cordura is the classic, durable and made to last. Ecopak EPX200 has a recycled face, a waterproof film and a ripstop backing, stays light, and comes in the most colours.
Can I choose the colours?
Yes. Choose a colour for each panel and for the zip cover in the bag maker. You can also choose Surprise me and we choose them for you. The bag maker shows the colours we have in each fabric now, and we confirm them when you order.
Will the bag fit my bike?
Each bag is patterned from your frame's measurements, so it is made for that frame. We check your measurements before we cut.
How long does a frame bag take?
Each bag is made to order, usually in 2 to 4 weeks. If you have a trip coming up, get in touch before you order.
Do you ship, or can I pick up in Canmore?
We ship within Canada. Local pickup is also available in Canmore, Alberta.
